Quick format: ! billing/code: title #30

• ! marks the task active. billing/code: sets the billing code. #30 sets the estimate in minutes.
• Ctrl/Cmd+Space toggles active state for the selected task or selection.
• Enter adds a new task below. Tab indents under the previous task. Shift+Tab outdents one level.
• ArrowUp/ArrowDown move through visible tasks and new task... rows.
• Shift+ArrowUp/Shift+ArrowDown extend the selection. Ctrl/Cmd+ArrowUp/Ctrl/Cmd+ArrowDown move the selected task within its current level.
• Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+ArrowUp/Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+ArrowDown move the selected task between sections.
• Delete or Backspace deletes selected tasks. Backspace on an empty task row deletes that row.
• Ctrl/Cmd+Z restores the last deleted task.
• Ctrl/Cmd+C copies the current selection.
• Drag tasks to reorder them.
